How does the free trial work?
Start with full access to all features for 7 days. No credit card required. At the end of your trial, choose the plan that fits your needs — or ask us for a demo first.
What is the difference between Inboxes and Seats?
Inboxes are WhatsApp or Instagram accounts connected to ChatAgent. Seats are team members who can log in and manage conversations. You can have multiple agents sharing one inbox.
Do I pay for WhatsApp messages?
No. ChatAgent does not charge for message volume. Broadcast and WhatsApp Business API message fees go directly to Meta — you pay Meta with your own credit card. ChatAgent charges only the platform subscription.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.
What does annual billing save me?
Annual billing gives you 2 months free — you pay for 10 months and get 12. On the Growth plan, that saves you $504/year compared to monthly billing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and bank transfer for Indonesian customers. Annual plans can also be paid via invoice.
