Fixed rate shared between mobile app and API. Sufficient for most businesses — upgrade to regular API for higher volume.
Voice and video calls not supported for coexistence numbers.
Message mirroring covers individual conversations only, not group chats.
Must open WhatsApp Business App at least once every 14 days to maintain the connection.
Companion devices limited to Android, iOS, macOS, and WhatsApp Web.
