How does the free plan work?
Start on Free with no credit card. You get a one-time credit allotment, one seat, one channel, and one agent. Upgrade from billing in the app.
What counts as a channel?
A connected WhatsApp number, Instagram account, or website chat widget. Plans cap how many you can connect, not which of those three types you may use.
Do I pay ChatAgent for WhatsApp message fees?
No. WhatsApp Business API conversation charges go to Meta. ChatAgent bills the platform subscription and AI credits.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from billing in the app. Stripe handles proration on paid plans.
What does annual billing save?
Annual billing is 10 months for 12 — two months included.
Do you sell Shopify, SugarCRM, or payment-gateway plugins?
No. ChatAgent does not ship native Shopify, marketplace, courier, or CRM-sync connectors. Products and knowledge live in ChatAgent; Meta catalog publish is available for WhatsApp.
